I don’t have any interest in self-driving cars. I feel like if you can’t be bothered to pay attention while driving you just shouldn’t be driving.

While I agree with you, that’s partially my point. Cars should never be left to AI to drive around all by itself. Even if you aren’t actually driving you still should be paying attention in case you need to manually override.

Once they’re fully autonomous, maybe. Until then, the little auto-correct type features are good enough, but certainly not the “self” driving of today.

Really. GPS built-in and no way to turn it off. Apps that track your phone AND your car… It ain’t great.
