Wait, arent you the same person that made that âCarnivore Kitchenâ community? Are you trying to play both sides?
And also, theres a lot of vegan communities already, why make another one?

Hi toothbrush, thanks for asking, no itâs not AI, we are real people and weâre just focused on building a community thatâs not stuck behind a paywall like theyâre threatening to do over on Reddit which is ridiculous. Itâs not about âplaying both sidesâ weâre not enemies. People who eat meat can actually be friends with and share recipes with people who are vegan, itâs not âfood warsâ. We just want decentralized communities we can gather in, share and learn from. !dessertkitchen!DessertKitchen@lemmy.world is launching soon for those who are addicted to baking sweets. Itâs all love. And yes, there are other vegan communities here but we wanted to make one that is inclusive for everyone, not a âyouâre behind enemy linesâ group.

Fair enough. That comment about advertising the carnivore community to maga.space on the now deleted post promoting the community unsettled me enough to write this.

We wish making a logo or a banner was that easy, we actually had to make them ourselves. Which is why we were able to change them from blue to green so quickly. Photoshop is a great tool. Itâs what some, not all use.

Ah I see. Sorry for the assumption then.
