What y’all think about the PHA Filament, is worth the cost? in USA I only see ecogenesis for $36 and colorFabb for $41
West3D stocks Ambrosia PHA for $35 /kg. They also occasionally do sales (just had 20% off for the 4th), so you could probably get it cheaper if you’re willing to wait.

I have a roll sitting around but I don’t use it since it was difficult to get and expensive :D I also keeo if for printing eco lampshades once my rotary 3d printer is ready (prolly never).
Can’t even get it where I live but I’ve been wanting to try it. Those prices are bonkers though and it better be really good to justify it. I get my cleanest prints off of $14 cad per 1kg roll ABS and its really hard to justify the things the more expensive filaments when they print like shit after doing every calibration
Pretty much the same. I’d be curious to try PHA, but can’t justify spending 2-3x the cost of my cheap prototyping PLA (Zyltech) or functional ABS (LDO or Polymaker).

I like that it you can actually compost it at home… but the warping is crazy. 1-2cm wide brim makes the prints stick well enough on a satin sheet. AllPHA 200C/20C on an MK4s
