    That’s me towards the musical episode of strange new worlds. I despise musicals, and now I’m not looking forward to watching this new season, just because of that episode

      You don’t have to dread the whole season, you can just skip that episode if you want

      It’s kinda self-aware, but I was a bit awe struck at the amount of work that must have gone into the episode. So many different songs with different genres of music - I can’t imagine the time involved in creating it much less performing it.

      Hey, give it a chance. I love musicals, and I went in dubious that it would be pulled off. When it was announced, I didn’t think that they were up to the task, and I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised that SNW did it an did it well. It’s different, and it’s a risk, but you know…“risk is part of the game.” At worst, you don’t re-watch it.
