Coupled with a lower dollar too so it takes (~10%) more dollars to pay for an item even without inflation.
I think people are being a bit slow to notice because the low dollar also makes the stock market look like it’s up 10% since we usually look at it in terms of USD exchange. Makes people feel like the economy is doing fine.
