My meds are actually working and it’s incredible how starting JUST HAPPENS NOW
I’m told it doesn’t work for everyone, but my own personal biochemistry is responding beautifully to Strattera and a small dosage of Wellbutrin.
My psychiatrist told me there’s some risk of harmful interaction so my Wellbutrin dosage had to be reduced when I started the Strattera, but it’s been amazing.
I literally feel like I have more hours in every day because so much less time is lost struggling to get started, struggling to stay on task, struggling to STOP a repetitive habitual time wasting trap like doomscrolling or stupid short form videos.

If it’s not a simple chore, the reason I do this is usually that something needs to change*. I’ve had times in the past where I did do the thing and it was a marginal result (if even that). Just like I’ve had changes result improvement(s) as mentally easy as I expected.
Specifically for any hope for a creative project, I’m not sure what the change(s) needs to be… though it could even be one of many indirectly related things. Doesn’t look like that is changing either way, though.
* and I probably will not be the one to make said initial change
