You can tell the Roman Empire was really democratic because in 69 AD they had four Emperors, while, by comparison, the brutal dictatorship of Finland has never had more than two prime ministers in a single year, smh.

thinking about what though? that the USSR had 4 leaders in 4 years, leading up to Gorbachev, who was presiding when the USSR dissolved? Or about how the US has presidents for 4 year terms? I hate Raegan, but of everything we can fault him for, faulting him for serving his full term just seems silly.
