They probably used it to buy the pardon.
Now that the Chrisleys are pardoned. Does that mean they still have to pay back the fraudulant money they stole? Or is that written off to?

Well, being pardoned wouldn’t shield them from civil liability. So assuming they still have money (trials are generally pretty expensive)there could be a lot of lawsuits incoming.
