I made a PayPal account like 10 years ago. The only thing you needed is an email and password.
I have no real name on there and no PII, technically my bank card is attached but on PP itself there’s no KYC.

Funny how they just operated on open-ish, highly accessible social media, yet Telegram has zero liability for hosting it, and seemingly little motivation to find such things.
It’s almost like trusting commercial social media to be decent arbiters, in exchange for their legal protection, isn’t working out…

Not sure if you heard the news but the founder was put in jail for it for a while. He’s now complying with gov requests to remove chat groups.
