Only watched episode 1 so far. The visual quality was great but the fight at the beginning was not smooth, as if they chose this fighting style (move-stop-move-stop) so that they don’t have to animate many frames.
The story is intriguing enough I’ll continue to watch.
Jack seemed very unlucky to have suffered two traumatic events in his life in 1 episode.

Hey, bot maintainer here. Batch releases are always kind of weird. The AniList api just didn’t really have a release time listed for this series, so it was basically just skipped over. I saw the thread over here posted by @cm0002@lemmy.world and decided to have the bot make this thread for discussion of the series.
Because the series released all at once, I created a single thread to contain the discussion. If there are enough people that are interested in discussing this in more discrete chunks, let me know and I can try to figure something out. The way I have done it now is a little strange in that the whole table of links in rikka’s post just all link to this discussion. So, there is a bit of inelegance to things right now.
