    Of course they don’t wanna talk about it. They only did it because of the people who were in power then.

    And watch, next time there’s a Democrat prez, they’ll switch gears again, restart DEI stuff (if that prez likes DEI stuff), and all the Democrats will automatically fall for it and think that they are so progressive.

    DEI and basically most social studies are a waste of time. DEI was getting ridiculous - I think they’ve pushed it too far.

        Real dei is part of a company culture. I actually support real dei. I think you can agree companies didn’t really believe in it. They just did it to be hip.

        I work for a company that doesn’t have a strong dei department but it’s a strong culture of inclusion. Our ceo always says don’t be an asshole. Meaning accept people for who they are. Doesn’t mean you agree with them but everyone should be themselves.
