Yep. And I think the majority of them quit because they know they’d be found out for not doing any real work and be forced to actually work. lol

Nothing points to that, but OK.
That said, I have second hand knowledge, from my parents, that people who are federally employed but literally do nothing, actually exist. It was only one person out of everyone they worked with though.
