I don’t need anything too fancy, I just want to be able to watch the camera, and stop a print if it goes wrong. Networking is all set on my end too. Got an OpenVPN tunnelback to my house for other stuff.
Any phone alternatives for the Bambu Handy app?

OctoEverywhere Bambu Connect Joint
Are the 3 I’ve tried for iOS, all have varying levels of control and quality, all worked at least somewhat with my Bambu X1C.
It’s also possible to control with HomeAssistant, but I would not recommend that unless you’re already using it, it’s quite overkill and complex to use just for 1 task.

Bambu-Farm self-hosted server application works well for me together with a VPN into my home network. Made to control print farms, but single printers work all the same.

I have this bookmarked from last week. Does it really work with Bambu printers?!

Yup, you just need somewhere in your local network to install it. I’ve been using it on my P1S since I changed it to LAN only mode a couple weeks ago.
