Russia’s president is on a two-day trip to North Korea, his first in 24 years. He’ll hold talks with Kim Jong Un, and most of his senior Cabinet members are part of the delegation.

This is not a gratuitous visit. The clown up north badly needs the clown with the bad haircut.
Clown or not, they can least muster artillery shells in needed quantity.
Dang, Kim really made Putin come to Pyongyang to kiss the ring of the guy with the Soviet era shells. Russia must be fucking desperate.
