I guess I’m naive. I had no idea the wider Israeli public would stand by, observe Israel commit a genocide, and say, “This is fine. Actually it’s not a genocide. God told us to do this. Way different than the Holocaust you see because this time we are doing it. And we are the good guys.”
Then a few in the back, “It’s not as bad as they say. Palestinian children are actually killing themselves to make us look bad. A typical Hamas tactic.”
Then the politicians of Israel, “It’s the childrens’ fault, they use their hands to hold objects and Israeli policy is that anything in a child’s hands is an act of war against Israel. What? Oh yeah video evidence? We exploded all the journalists again, oopie daisy!”
