Impeachment’s for high crimes and treason. Otherwise this is just performative to condition the American people that our one recourse for removing a corrupt President can be used politically.

But Republicans know if they do it, their base will fall in line and only focus on the fact that “ZOMG BIDEN IS IMPEACHED”

  The two things are only the same on the most cursory surface level view. Much how under the legal system motive and intent matter when determining what sort of crime is committed, so it is here.

    Impeachment is a political process. As such it’s only used as a political tool. I think it’s become too common to use it for stupid reasons. Neither should have been impeached.
    
    While I support Israel. I understand Biden drawing a line and I support that. Israel should have moved quicker to end Hamas to avoid the Humanitarian issues.
