He doesn't overact it. He's genuinely and rightfully salty when it comes to companies and governments screwing us and him over.

catloaf@lemm.ee 6 months agoI’m not familiar with his videos, and I haven’t watched this one, but I can say for sure that people who over-act for YouTube videos are a turn-off. Yes, I know it gets people to engage more, but it’s almost always at the cost of being informative.

He’s not emotional in that he cries, screams, rages about things in a reality TV kinda way. He sits down and discusses things, and sometimes he veers into “this makes me feel XYZ”. Honestly I don’t think he acts over the top at all, he’s just comfortable talking about his feelings.
My (minor) problem with him is one completely different - his videos are so long, and he rambles. The guy could really benefit from writing a script lol. It could cut the runtime of his videos in half.

Granted I have only watched maybe 20 videos of his, but he’s covered topics that frustrate and anger him, and on the contrary he’s always been very calm and collected for someone speaking off the cuff.
