Didn’t expect that. Hopefully she’ll beat it! Can’t imagine trying to reconcile that you’ve got cancer and then the public are making up conspiracy theories about you and your husband.
William has basically just found out his dad and wife both have cancer, that’s got to be tough.

I'd think they'd maybe mention at some point but probably later and definitely not on video. The video was solely because of the nonsense that happened over the photo.
