May have origins elsewhere but I’m personally familiar with it from Reddit
It’s a band name. It’s the first thing I thought about too. Are some dragons real, or…?

I’m pretty sure they know it’s a band name, given that they said “radioactive” dragons and Radioactive is ID’s biggest hit ;)
