Yes, but wind is only one of the many renewable energy sources. New technologies are being researched and slowly improved upon all the time. It’s only a matter of time before fossil fuels are undeniably obsolete whether old men painted in orange like it or not I’m afraid.

Given the ramp-up time for any new technology, and the way wind is ready to go at scale, that means delay, and with it, tens of billions of additional tons more CO~2~ added to the atmosphere
