The Israeli government isn't the sole representation for all Jewish people. Calling people antisemitic for statements they make about Israeli policy is just an ultra right wing tactic people use when they can't back up what they're saying.

And my local mosque isn’t the sole representation for all Muslims, but if I falsely claimed they advocated rape, I’d be being pretty bigoted.
