vanontom@lemmy.world 10 months agoI think most people, by far, don’t know how to use (or want to pay for) a VPN. What they’ll do is use one of the other porn sites. There are probably dozens! And it will push sites to operate outside of US and ignore our dumb state laws.

At this point vpns are popular enough and have enough ads about them that most people will be able to look up ‘free vpn’ on the app store and download the first one that comes up. They’re not difficult to use at all
