You do realize Peter Parker and Miles Morales are different people, right? So that really just leaves you with the argument that you’re mad because the focus has been shifted to a clack character.

Why are you playing dumb? That’s how franchises work, thats how comics work, they switch actors and characters all the time. You pissed at Dr. Who? What about Batman? Some of those movies completely rework the character/backstory.
This happens all. the. time. without much worry at all. The only difference this time is that a minority group is getting the spotlight for like five fucking minutes while a bunch of idiots whine about it.
What about Batman? He was rebooted many times but he was always Bruce Wayne? Same as Superman and Spider-man? James Bond was also rebooted many times but he was always the same James Bond. I would also have a problem if they replaced Peter with another white guy because the color of the skin is not relevant, it’s that Spider-man will always be Peter Parker and that’s it.
