Avg@lemm.ee 11 months agoI’d google it but most of my outages were related to the god awful modem my service provider included in the plan, I bought my own and issues have reduced drastically.

I have my own modem. Also, I check their service outage tool and it’s them not me.

Dang, that sucks. I hate Comcast as much as the next guy, but I do have to say, I’ve only ever had bad service (connection) maybe on three occasions over the last 20 years.
