Everyone on the internet is an American, white, male, unless proven otherwise.

I don’t like it either, but I just assume everyone knows I’m european unless proven otherwise.

On your point of English, it’s the international language for everything. So that’s fine with me.

I dont think he complained about the usage of english, but that whenever the discussion is in english - everybody assumes everybody is from america.
