cjoll4@lemmy.world 4 weeks ago It’s an inventory screen from Minecraft. I haven’t played it, but I think those golden items in every slot are idols that prevent you from dying. So the joke is that he consumed a video game item to stay alive every time he would have been killed by the CIA

Yeah, they’re called totems of undying and if holding one (main hand or off hand) when health drops to zero, it will save the player from dying.
Side note: misc items can’t be stored in the armor slots (the four vertical on the left), nor can they be kept in the 5 crafting slots in the top right.
