They’re a personal floatation device.
Banned episode of Pokemon featuring Misty entering a swimsuit contest to, along with Ash and Brock, pay back an old man whose cruiser they broke.
Reason it was banned was James enlarging his breasts to cheat in the contest.
Just an all around awkward episode. Ash’s mom wins the contest.
