Maybe it’s specific to Delta. I just kind of assumed if it’s in Delta it’s probably in the Original. Basically one of the titles you get for completing the game on Extreme, with 0 Alert Status, 0 kills, less than 20 injuries, and less then 5 health segments all under 5 hours, then you finish the game with the Foxhound
