I played Metal Gear 3 on PS2 back when it came out. I feel like I have almost no idea what you’re talking about in this post! What is a Fox Hound run? “With 9/20 injuries and 4 health segments lost.” This is also confusing to me.
I’m guessing this is the PC version based on the screenshots. Looks pretty nice!

Maybe it’s specific to Delta. I just kind of assumed if it’s in Delta it’s probably in the Original. Basically one of the titles you get for completing the game on Extreme, with 0 Alert Status, 0 kills, less than 20 injuries, and less then 5 health segments all under 5 hours, then you finish the game with the Foxhound
