The tax system could be fixed and we’d still be in this problem because it’s not actually about taxes, it’s about control.

I mean yes, but TSA isnt going unpaid because we dont have the money; they’re going unpaid because Republicans refuse to let them get paid without ICE also getting paid, but dont have the votes for that.
