I’m torn between 4 and 6,

For 4, while the person behind me will probably be a nuisance, I am in direct line of of sight for House to diagnose whatever nightmare disease I have.

6 is a much more comfortable location and hopefully my nightmare disease can be diagnosed audibly, like a cough or something.
