Start filiming stuff… like a sort of documentary…

Go where people protest, capture footage, especially scenes where police are beating protesters, add commentary, doesn’t have to be perfect, just good enough that the average viewer understands it. Make sure to add a lot of criticism against Putin.

Travel to a country you like (preferrably a western democracy, NOT US since the US does not like refugees/asylees at this moment), probably on a tourist visa, those are the easiest to get, publish your “documentary” video on a youtube account with your real name and face, find a lawyer and have them help you get political asylum.
