What’s unfortunate is that vegans, for some reason, unlike any other human on earth, simply cannot keep their self righteous indignation to themselves and feel compelled to shove it in everyone else’s faces.

RedMari@reddthat.com 1 day agoIt’s unfortunate that this is the stereotype of vegans when every vegan knows how much more common it is for meat eaters to lecture and belittle non meat eaters. No one should be doing it, but vegans get disproportionate blame for it.

This is probably true, although the ratio varies regionally. Around my place it’s usually the meat eaters who are obnoxious because they become insecure. I also know places where you find a whole lot of zealous vegan missionaries.
