Thats like asking what hammer is best. You can use most if not all to drive nails, but not all are best suited for the task.

Pop_OS lets Ubuntu drive fast and break things while focusing hardware/driver, makes it great for video games. The only program Ive ever had issues with is Davinci Resolve, but those issues with linux compatibility are of their own creation, not the OSs.
