soupbowl@lemmy.world 8 months agoGood for people who decide to adopt Android or an open source OS after having an iPhone for a while. Would help get some more traction for alternatives too like Ubuntu Touch.

But if someone already owns an iPhone he should not need to buy another hardware option.
Not that he needs to justify what he does with his property to the manufacturer or randos on the internet.
