Oracle (yes, the evil company) gives you one VPS for free
Jellyfin is an alternative to Plex which would work perfectly with your setup

I’d like to spin up Jellyfin, but Plex has tv apps for the non techies in my group ;/

  Jellyfin also now has apps for most common TV OSes: webOS, some Samsung models (more to come as soon as Samsung approves them), Android TV.
