But what I imply is why? Because he knew too much…someone wanted him dead. Everyone who knows too much in that whole circle can have the same fate. Including the innocent victims who now happen to be the only ones who want to talk. So what needs to happen is to catch the smaller perps, make them talk and then catch the big fish.

I don’t think you will get your answer to that. And I still don’t see the relevance of that question in the bigger picture.
