Your comment is well meant and I kind of get what you want to say, but it’s so hard to follow. It shows signs of incoherence and hyperassociativity. You’ve also written hundreds of lines of comments in the past few hours and they are all in a similar style. This might just be your style, but it is often a sign of schizophrenia, psychosis or mania.
I really hope you will talk to a doctor about this, or at least a family member or friend that you can confide in.

I think trying to bend the definition to make it fit the word isn’t worth discussing: it’s all semantics. We both know what has been happening.
And you can’t make a blanket statement about “all media” based on the few you have seen in one country with a heavily biased view.
I’m less emotional and more pragmatic. I try to stick to whatever facts we do know and not make assumptions that are more based on my feelings than on reality. That does mean “we” don’t know a lot of the terrible stuff that is going on, and that does mean ignoring some sources if they seem heavily biased. Even though there may be some truth in what they’re reporting, it will always be worse than a credible fact-driven (and not emotion-driven) news source.

I never actually met one before lemmings either. I too find them to be exactly like MAGA in their line of thinking, but also in their style of arguing (from straw manning to worse, using every dirty trick in the book to get you to back down when you start picking apart their BS). Luckily I have ample experience with MAGAts on 9GAG, which I left years ago. But it does strengthen my belief in the horseshoe theory.
