Well, for starters, ICE is every bit as effective as they ever were with zero signs of ever slowing down. And to add-

A whistle isn’t going to stop an organization that was given the green light to shoot people in the face with impunity.

  Do you people ever get tired of accusing everyone of shit you know isn’t true? I’m seriously asking. And, do you get an endorphin rush from people get upset by this? Do people actually get upset by this?

    So it was doomerism and not gloating then. The politicians you’re counting on have done nothing to rein in ICE. Quite the contrary, they massively ballooned ICE’s budget. But you shit all over anything ordinary people do to protect one another.
    
    You’re expecting peer reviewed studies about the efficacy of whistles against ICE over the past two weeks. That’s an unreasonable ask in bad faith, especially from an acolyte of the party that hasn’t done shit to stop fascism since McCarthy, and has in fact been hostile to fascism’s opponents while capitulating to fascists.
    
    You’re expecting hard proof of efficacy that you have never and will never demand of the “capitulate to fascists” wing of the party.

    Maybe someday they’ll do something nice to fellow people here, but voting every 2 years for the same party that enables this is resistance to them.
    
    I don’t know how old you are Crab, but know you’re actually better because you’re more emotionally mature than this 56 year old who insults anyone who tries to do more than tick a box every 2 years and says nothing else can be done.
