Comment on Peak This Season
gon@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 weeks agoI heard about Medalist when it was first coming out, but it just didn’t appeal to me at all. I usually do like sports anime, but I think the fact it was a child kind of turned me off it.
Overall this season is nuts. It’s a good time to be an anime fan!

If it makes it any more appealing to you, it’s just as much about the coach as it is about the child. Also, her goal is to compete in the Olympics. That presumably means she’ll be at least a little bit older by the time the series ends.
