OriginEnergySux@lemmy.world 2 days agoI used wegovy a few times and it was fine but i just couldnt do the needle anymore, im a giant pussy with that stuff. I tried pills but they didnt have too much of an effect. Just trying willpower atm now

Losing weight without the Rx is amazing. I have lost about 100 pounds on zepbound but do worry about what would happen if I stopped.

Good on ya mate. Yeah im just sticking to a diet of homecooked meals with mostly salads and small portion sizes so it hopefully becomes the new normal
