Alternatively, make way too big a show of it, “I am sooo sorry, but do you mind if I just squeeze behind you here, oh my goodness, I’m so embarrassed!!! Excuse me! I am just a wreck tonight, haha! How are you all enjoying the restaurant? OOH, what’s that, that looks good!?” Etc…
