True. But that picture is like those AI videos on youtube today where the thumbnail doesn't show up in the video. According to this article, those vending machines were banned in 2004 and the trade in used panties was driven to specialized shops.

Dude ok, I’m going to post some corrections, but you’re too annoying.
It’s wikipedia. The photo is from 2009, and it’s uploaded 2015. It’s a real thing, it isn’t AI, not everything is fake news, things happen.
That’s not bathwater, it’s panties.
