Birthstrike - stop reproducing until the bullshit stops. They constantly whine and cry about falling birth rates because it is their Achilles’ heel.
Unlike a labor strike, we can keep this up for as long as we need to. Indeed, it is actually beneficial in the short term which makes it an easy “sell” to people in economically precarious situations. It also provides some level of mitigation to your own personal situation if conditions further deteriorate.
In contrast to street protests, it avoids conflict and keeps people away from danger. It doesn’t require missing work, risking injury, or facing detainment.
The downside is that it is a very slow sort of strike that won’t become apparent for several months. It’s more of a long term strategy and won’t provide any immediate relief.

If I was a smart person, I’d rather that my descendants not have to live in an idiocracy. So non-reproduction acts as a hedge against that.

No strategy is perfect, but even places like Russia and China have floundered in bringing up fertility rates.
The irony is that the historically effective way to manage below-replacement rates is via immigration. But that’s sort of the crux of the post.

Unless your plan is to try and outbreed conservative parents, the children of leftists will be outnumbered anyway.
Parenting is very resource intensive, both in time and material resources, and is thus an inefficient means of transmitting ideologies. You could likely use that time and resources for outreach and pull children of conservatives to the left.
