    Brazil was a portugal colony that’s why they speak Portugese.

    But being a colony is different from being an equal part of the nation where you have the same rights as everyone else.

    Ukraine and Russia were one country before 1991, equal rights for everyone. Taiwan and China were also one country. Both breaking is because of American intervention.

      US and UK used to be one country. Should US now become subservient to the UK based on that?

        US and UK weren’t one country. US was a UK colony. The UK passed the baton of being the world superpower to US.
