Meanwhile I’m looking for a simple setting regarding the power button on my wife’s phone and stumble upon a setting that is enabled by default that has Gemini scanning the screen and using it for whatever it is that it does, but my wife doesn’t use any AI features on her device. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t this basically the same as Recall? Google was just smart enough to silently roll this out.
