Apologies. The thought did occur to me under the shower this morning (EU timz), and I posted before checking the rules (and before checking the news of the day, which got me to swear WTAF out loud)

No worries! I am not a mod or anything, I just miss the way r/showerthoughts used to be prior to the enshitification of Reddit. It was one of my favorite internet places. I wouldn’t mention this at all if it wasn’t a rule in the sidebar.
Your post is pretty benign and doesn’t involve partisan politics so I’m actually regretting mentioning it a little bit. Thanks for being polite.
