    I suspect you just agree with the political zeitgeist here more. There’s extremist propaganda all over Lemmy. I never saw users threaten to execute other people on Reddit, I’ve seen it twice on Lemmy from the psychopaths on hexbear.

      Well yes, but also that's hexbear. Don't get me wrong: they are loonies, some of them possibly even unironically, and federating them is fucking stupid for any instance. At least you know they're definitely safe to ignore, though.

    Well it’s a mixed bag, let’s just say we have less Neo Nazis here but if your instamce doesn’t defederate properly you can get really weard and facist garbage from very rude people!
