I grew up in rural Illinois. We heard of real farm accidents all the time growing up. Usually a classmate.

I recall some kid dying this way. Another one got caught by a columbine machine and chewed up to pulp almost instantly. Was a little brother of a girl in my class.

Farm shit is scary.

Tractors.

Barn lofts.

Pitchforks hidden in straw piles.

Grain mills.

All those machines.

Water towers also death traps for the ballzy kids who climbed into them.

Damn kids died all the time.
