Again, I have lived through many transitional elections and I’ve seen this cycle many times before, so I’m sorry saying out loud the reality of our broken two-party American political system is hurtful to you.
What I’m actually eager for, is to stop that cycle, and to stop it, you must first acknowledge it.

I sorry that I live in reality.
I’m sorry that you want to pretend that when Democrats get back in power, that they’re going to hold these criminals to account.
But most of all, I’m sorry that you still have faith in the system so much that you are casting shame on anyone reminding people that the Democrats are not our saviors, and that it’s up to us.
